Does anyone know what the age a child has to be in Maryland to decide which parent they'd like to live with and have it stand up in court??

the judge may decide to hear the wishes of any age child, however he is in no way bound to follow them, he will take those wishes in addition to everything else before him and make a decision based on all the info
