I have a few questions about c.s

Originialy I filed for CS but, the father and I decided to settle privately. I went to CS offices signed a affidavit and to my knowledge the case was closed. I recently received paperwork of a DNA test and a court date that I must appear at. I have been given wrong information time and time again and when I do what CS says I should do, I later come to find out that it wasnt the thing to do. I have been dealing with this since FEB. Can someone please help????

Have you ever recieved any type of public assistance?
If you have, the state is probably having to get a court order so that they can be paid by the NCP.

If you've never been on assistance AND you and the father have a agreement SIGNED BY A JUDGE, you can take the state a copy of it and ask them to close thier case.

Have never been on assistance. We didn't have a agreement signed by a judge. We don't want CS invloved. Is there anything else I can do to once and for all to uninvolve CS?????
