My last paycheck was mailed a week late to me, when i complained and the company sent me a check they stated that they do not mail checks and thaty i should consider myself lucky. Now, also I am 8 hours short on my paycheck. Which is due to inconsistancies in their accounting (bi monthly pay periods when set up for an hourly employee which ends on the second to last day of the pay period so if my pay period was from 1st to the 15th i would be paid up to the 14th with the 15th on my next check and paid on the 16th. next pay period would be 16th to the end of the month ect.) how do i go about recouping my money?

File a complaint with the state DOL.
