My husbands ex-wife remarried 2 years ago and he is still paying $2500 per month for child support for a 10 year old and an 15 year old. In addition to multiple cars and a vacation home in wisconsin, they have 2 full time jobs totaling over $200K in income. How can we fight this? We currently live in Washington state where the deciding factors are very different. Help.

Even in Wa, only the parents' income will be considered. Nobody else's in the household will be taken into consideration. (read: her husband). How long has it been since a review or establishment of the order. If there has been any significant change in your husband's or HER income (not living standard) and sufficient time has passed, a review for modification can be requested.
