i will be 17 in january and i wasnt tryin to tell all my problems on here but i wanted to know if icould legally live with my brother until i graduate from high school i only have 1 more year left and i have a job. my brother has a job and pays for us a apartment to livein. could there be a way where i could live with him and go to college after high school legally?

I would say talk to your parents and if they are in agreement, they can give him a power of attorney to care for you until you are age 18, then you decide.
