1. How long does it take for child support order to go through the judicial system?

2. How long will it be before monies are deducted from paycheck after a child support order has been approved?

3. If all you are being required to pay is accrued support, is the judicial system any more lenient with the amount of support each month?

Each court and state are different- some take longer than others. As for support, don't expect accrued support to be handled differently. They see a number amount and they go after it. I suggest trying to get some free consultations with some family law attorneys if you need to educate yourself more about the system. Also, most states have child support enforcement websites.
