To Make A Long Story Short, I Was Hurt On The Job And Currently Recieving Ttd Benifits. My Doctor Is About To Release Me For Work, because I Am Healed All That Is Possible After This Surgery. What Happens Now, Am I Entidled To Any Settlement? I Cannot Bend Over Yet And Still In Pain. I Can Surely Use Any Advise You Can Offer.

If you have been left with a permanent impairment as a result of your injury, you are entitled to a PPD (permanent partial disability) settlement. The dollar amount is determined by (a) the findings of your doctor and the WC carrier's doctor, and (b) your State's WC regulations.
You may be entitled to other benefits, such as vocational rehabilitation and/or a settlement for loss of future earning capacity but there is no way anyone here can even guess at that. There are far too many unknown variables such as whether you're able to return to work and in what capacity.
You may wish to speak to a WC attorney.
