My comp-case is againt's a " School District" I have some questions? concerning my case and would love some advice. My "Q&E" examination was contested by the school district, should I be concerned or is it a commen action. also would like to know if I should apply for disability benifits or any other program as of now, my income is only $460 every too weeks, Im going on 4 years now with about 8-13 leg surgerie's including a total Knee replacement I fell from about 35 ft" of a what they call a cherry-picker while I was trimming a tree.
