I have a very bitter relationship with my ex. I want to see my Daughter but she always finds ways to interfere. My question is there a meditaion service or third party that she and I could communicate through.
She hangs the phone up on me or lets it go to message I just want to see my kid. I have tryed calling the police court ordered visitaion in hand. She told my daughter I called the police on her to take my daughter away. My Daughter was very upset with me for calling the police? I cant win.

You can file for modification of the order and contempt on the grounds that she is purposely denying visitation and is purposely interfering in unfettered communication with your child. You need to have the court order it specifically that she can NOT interfere in communication, even going as far as spelling out what time is your time to talk to your daughter on the phone. Once that is ordered, if she continues in her present manner, you have stronger grounds to deal with the problem legally.

you can also look into working with a parent coordinator- they kind of act as a referee, and they also direct each party as to what they should do and if someone is found to be disregarding the order of a coordinator it will not fare well for them in front of a judge.

This sounds like the way to handle this but It would be a last resort. It may come to this. I was looking for alternatives to court. Thans for the reply.

I like this concept. If could find someone to do this I would give it a chance. Does anyone have more info on this?
