I'm sure there is. But for liability reasons, referrals to specific attorneys are prohibited on these forums, and reputable attorneys do not troll message boards looking for clients.

You can try calling your state bar association for suggestions.

I had hoped for more of a private refferal from someone who is aware of a reputable and good attorney.

Other suggestions; contact law schools in your area; if you have any friends or relatives who are attorneys or work for attorneys in other areas, see if they have any recommendations; check with Martindale-Hubbard.
