I am frustrated and can not find cases of constructive termination. I spoke with an attorney yesterday and I was told that I have a case of constructive termination. My employer belittle, scolded, reprimanded and yelled at me several times in front of office staff, drivers and passengers. Called me names, and did not back me when a passenger called me a name. When I complained to my manager that things were getting really bad and what could I do. She stated that she would speak with my boss' boss. I heard nothing after this, but a few days later I was called in an office by my boss' boss. It was not about the complaint I launched, but that I was being written up, my boss was there, and my boss' boss. I stated that it wasn't right, was told to write a rebuttal. I did and came back to find that I was not being permitted to drive. I asked for work in the office. My boss, the one I had the problem with said that there none. I was sent home. no work, no pay. The day I was phoned and was told to come in that I hadnt signed the paper that had me being written up. The looks and body language told me that even if I had won, I lose. This was in retaliation for my complaining about the treatment I had been receiving. Issues were used to write me up, that werent my fault but because high up people were called, my boss said that something had to be done, someone had to be blamed. From that incident on things got bad and then worse. I questioned everything I did. Wasn't sure of my driving, was it perfect, would she get mad, would the passenger get upset, my boss didnt want them upset, she rode this bus and hated to drive, if the route go cancelled, she have to drive in herself. couldnt have that. There was no pleasing her.
I need cases of constructive termination, the attorney said that I didnt need him. It was a clear case. Have court cases ready for the appeal. Where are they? Where do I look? I found the info on const. termin. and harassment, more on harassment would also be good, not sexual but verbal, slander, and just plain making it impossible to please someone.

A clear case of what?

Constructive discharge, in and of itself, is not illegal. If I want to make an employee's work life so miserable so that he quits, I can do that. It's only illegal if I'm making his work life miserable BECAUSE of his race, gender, age, or some other protected characteristic.

You haven't provided any information to suggest that's the case. The boss and your passengers being jerks is not illegal.
