I'm currently in my employer's temp pool. I want to voluntarily quit based on good cause. But I need to know whether my employer is considered a temporary help firm under Texas Law. It does not provide temps for other business, only itself.

Thanks!

?????

Unless your employer is in the business of providing temporary help to clients, no, they are not a temporary help firm.

Why do you need to know this before you can quit?
