What are the current guidelines on what positions can be salary and exempt from OT. Can an admistrative person be changed to Salary so that money can be saved on OT. Is there a minimum Salary for a salary position. I am mostly courious about administrative positions.

It is my understanding that the minimum amount for a salary is double the amount of minimum wage.

Yes, a minimum of $540 a week is required, as are all the other things in the link that joe916 provided.
