hello, could someone please answer my ? i was wondering if NY state can count overtime pay in to your child support. To me it seems like they couldnt because its not consitent. if anyone knows the answer to this please let me know. thank you and have a great day!

What happens is that when you go to court you will need your last four pay stubs. They will average them out and will make a standing amount based on that. If your pay changes you will have your child support adjusted.
