my plant closed in sept 2005 in oct 2005 i transfered to another plant { same company } i had surgery on my hands in indiana in 1999 for corpal tunnel and ganglion cyst . 3 days after surgery there was another knot where the ganglion was. the doc said it was swelling. month later it was bigger . so they sent me to have an mri done. results came back said there was a metal object the size of a tip of a neddle. then sent back for another mri results nothing there no cyst etc. at this time knot was size of a dime hard as a rock .end result they released me nothing was done. so 5 yrs later the ganglion has gotten to be the size of a silver dollar. and is making my hand and arms go numb at night. so i go to plant doctor same company just diff plant im told they dont cover ganglian cysts. so they contact indiana w/c they send letter back to them saying statue of limitations has expired in 2001 on this. i was told to go see my own doctor and have them remove this. i told them that it was a result of working for this company that they should remove it. he replied they dont reconize ganglian cysts. and will not cover it. my ?? is should i get a lawyer or what. or does my case from indiana move with me to missouri or what?? being that its the same company . in the end the cyst will be gone if i got to do it with my doc or not but its going to cost me and not the company that caused my issues in the first place. ive been with this company 10 yrs i also asked the doc being that i had the surgerys on my hands if this would hurt me if i had issues with it later down the line. he said yes we could deny it. how is all this possible.
