I was wondering if you might be able to give me some advice to pass on to friends of mine.
1) One friend from Ohio, H had a A, OC was resulted from the A . H and W paid complete hospital bill. CS was set up thru lawyers, they pay medical insurance for OC and 68% of any other medical stuff. Ok the question is that OW brother is a dentist. They have been getting bills for for examples of baby teeth being pulled. the bill is ALOT more then what other dentist charge for a tooth removal. (actually $800 more) It is not they are trying to get out of paying bills, but want honest bills. How can they set it up for that another dentist has to do the work, one that is not related to the OW so that they are not being overcharged, what they feel is happening. Is there a legal way to do that????
2) Another friend Maryland, husband and wife seperated, CS was set up and a agreement for what H pays besides that. They both want to set it up that the other payment also automatically withheld from check like the CS, but neither have money to hire a lawyer to do that, how can they set it up that it will automatically be withheld on their own?
Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks

I'm sorry, maybe I'm just tired or something, but with all the abreviations in your post it's hard to understand.
What is "H", what is "A", what is "OC", what is "W", and what is "OW" ?

It took me a while to decipher, but here you go.
H = husband
A = affair
OC = one child
W = wife
OW = other woman
Now, WHY the OP couldn't just type the words out, I don't know, but these were the only interpretations that made any sense.

Ah, now I see. Thank you very much for the interpertations. I'm really tired and not feeling real well and I just couldn't figure it out. Thanks again.

1) For the dental question: Father should get "quotes" on prices from other dentists, average them out and then reimburse mother for that average amount. If mother doesn't like it she has the option of filing for contempt at which time father can show what average is and mother will have to explain to the court why the child's own uncle charges more than the average.
2) They'll need to file to modify the CS order. Since they both agree, they don't need attorneys, all the have to do is file the petition attach the agreement to it and the Judge will sign it and make it part of the CS order.

Ok first, I hope you are feeling better
Second sorry about the short hand, I am so use to typing shortcuts that it just comes out naturally to me :D
Just want to make sure I am clear on your advice, CS was set up thru CSO and automatically taken out of the check, the agreed X amount of dollars that they both agreed to besides the CS is for house payments and so forth. They both signed it in front of a notary. So she can take that and file it to have it added to her CS payments? Is that right???? Even tho it is for the bills they made while together in the marriage? I guess like alimony or on that order.
