I am a single mother of a seven year old and her father always knew that she was his child. It was until he saw her at a football game with my sister that he decided that he wanted to get a paternity test. We got the results back in January and he was ecstatic to know the she is really his child. At first he was getting her quite a bit which has slacked up a whole lot. Now he gets her to show that she has a striking resemblence to him when he wants to show her off to his family and friends, which now he is down to seeing her to maybe 8 days out of the month at the most. In all of my daughters years I have not asked him for NOT ONE RED CENT!!!!! At first we verbally agreed that no child support would be exchanged and that we would split all of her expenses down the middle. He is pretty well off and i am struggling off of a teachers aide salary. My daughter has many allergies and has to have her lunch packed everday. When she needs her medicine, socks, underwear, new shoes, new clothes, special skin lotion, special soap, and hair done. WHO DOES IT ALL FOR HER, MOMMY!!!!!!!!! I travel a total of 20 miles a day (round trip) for her to go to camp, and gas ain't cheap. What help do I get? Let me answer- NOT A DAMN THING. My daughter also goes to karate at a rate of $70 dollars a month. I have to bring him the receipts every other month for him to reimburse me for that, AND THAT IS ALL HE PAYS. He is so well off that he takes a trip every month and doesn't work. So today i asked him for money for school clothes money and he said that i should buy what she is gonna need at my house and he will buy what he needs at his house, but she is hardly there! He is a very manipulative person.Without causing an arguement of making him seem like I want his money, what do I say to him to let him know that he needs to come with some type of support? I don't think $150 is asking too much. Please can someone advise me?

There is nothing YOU can SAY to him to make him pay, however, a Judge will be more than happy to legally ORDER him to pay.
You need to file for CS ASAP.
