This has been long and messy with the kids being in another counrty, but the kids were ordered returned to my husband (temporary custody), and the mother did not comply. What can we realistically expect as for as contempt of court, custodial interference, and reimbursement for the plane tickets, attorney fees, etc.?

Because the mother may just flee the country without returning the kids, how likely is it that the judge will have her jailed until she complies?

Any advice would be helpful.
