I have been with the same company for over 8 years. The manager likes to find ways to make me mad, such as starting rumors, going behind my back, and telling the owners of the company things that are untrue. During the 8 years I have been with this company, Its has never been a problem working days due to the fact that I have children at home. Recently the schedule has changed, where they are putting me on nights, and weekends. Once again they are doing this in hopes that i would get mad and quit. My question, Do I have a leg to stand on, if I filed charges, or even a law suit? Theres more to this story, but I dont think everyone has a few days to listen.

The employer has the right to change your schedule according to its business needs. Unless you have a contract guaranteeing that your schedule will never change or unless you can prove that you are being singled out for this treatment based on a protected characteristic, it would not appear that the employer is doing anything illegal that would form the basis for legal action.
