every employ. except me was paid for the fourth of july, the reason my employer gave me for my non pay was because im not full time but for the last month and a half i have been just not during the school year i work3 days out of the week then. SO AM I ENTITLED TO PAY

No, you are not. With the sole exception of certain retail employees in MA, RI and possibly CT, no non-exempt employee is legally entitled to holiday pay, ever, unless guaranteed by binding contract or policy.

If you are normally a part time employee, it doesn't matter if you are temporarily working full time; if part time employees don't get paid for holidays, they don't have to pay you for holidays either.
