I am selling my home in CO and a buyer made an offer, I countered and they accepted. On their way home, they live in NE, they called and said they had "Buyers Remourse". All dates and time in the contarct have been met thus far by all parties. The buyers have yet to notify anyone in writing.
There is no item in the contract that allows them just to change their mind and cancel the contract. There is the usual clauses about the inspection and other items. If they back out in this manner will I able to keep their earnest money?
