Im 17 years old if i leave the state of north carolina and go to wisconsin.If there laws allow me to be able to live on my own as long as i work.Can my parents make me come back here?

North Carolina laws are what you go by. You are a resident of NC. When you are 18, you are free to live where ever you want. |
