I am an exempt employee of a not for profit private agency in delaware. I have been required to attend a meeting outside of my normal woking hours. Can/should I be paid for this? Thanks

As an exempt employee, there is no legal expectation of additional pay for attending a meeting or any other work time. Only your salary.
