I have two lots in a development in Murphy Nc. and the developer has not met his obligatoin in regards to keeping all roads and rights of way cleared in the development (cannot even get to my lots) and promises that were made about amminities and so on have not been kept either. The question I have is, do I have a right to put a lien on his properties in the develpoment that have not been sold or do I need to get an attorney and sue his butt?
