What a terrible tragedy. Can't imagine the mind that could disassociate
themselves from their pregnancy (or be so scared of it), that they would
dump a baby. This isn't after all China where culture and shame play such a
huge role in female abandonment. Of course this could have been forced by a
boyfriend, but you'd think if he was playing a role in it, there would have
been an abortion. Maybe not. I don't pretend to understand.
