Sorry the last one i made made no sense.Im 17 years old.I just move to north carolina from kentucky.If im legally able to drop out of school in north carolina.Can i leave and move out?If i do can my parents stop me or have me locked up if i do?I really need to know.

The age of majority in NC is 18. The NC Juvenile Code states:
Notwithstanding any other provision of law, any juvenile under 18 years of age, except as provided in G.S. 7B-3402 and G.S. 7B-3403, shall be subject to the supervision and control of the juvenile's parents.
The exceptions are juveniles that are married, servicing in the armed forces or have been emancipated by the court.
So the answer is: if you don't have your parents permission to leave home at 17, then you can't (unless you're one of the exceptions listed above).

I'm not sure that you are planning to, but if you drop out of school, that is a sure fire way to be DENIED emancipation.
