Depends on the job and what is the norm for behavior in that job. In the military, that kinda thing happens and is part of the job. Also, some folks have different management styles. You need to talk to a superior, or speak to someone who can speak to a superior to speak with this person and let them know that you feel this management style is an assault and needs to be changed because it makes you uncomfortable.---You need to be careful in how you do this because it could cause you other workplace issues that you may not want. So tread carefully and be assertive and positive, but in a constructive manner.
