The deadline for filing a proof of claim on Chapter 12 and 13 cases is 90 days after the date first set for the meeting of creditors. This court will issue a Notice of Possible Assets to creditors on Chapter 7 asset cases setting a date certain for filing a proof of claim. Please do not file a proof of claim on a Chapter 7 No Asset case.
