I work at a resturant in missisippi. When i was first hired, about a month after my hireing, the General manager and another "to be" manager took some rubber cooking utinsiles and beat me on my booty. =/ and then a few weeks ago, the general manager told me that she wanted to see my "legs." and i kinda freaked out. im 17 m mississippi. What should i do?

As you are 17, you could file a charge with Child Protective Services for hitting you. Or the police for assault. Why on earth they did that I have no idea but it was definitly inappropriate.

One comment about your legs is not going to be enough to warrant a sexual harassment claim but you can still make clear to the person who said it that you do not appreciate the comment. If it continues then you should report it either to HR, senior management or the EEOC. You need to start with those that work at your company though.

Why do you still work there? I'd have been long gone after the spanking incident. At no age is any job worth that kind of treatment, but it really isn't at 17. Drag out the Want Ads and start applying elsewhere.
