Yes, the system does support scanned and all other documents in color.
However, the size of scanned and color documents is considerably larger than that of documents generated through word processing. Larger documents will take longer to load into CM/ECF and longer to retrieve for viewing purposes and will impact the system performance. Any file larger than 1.5 mega bytes (MB) will not pass through the court’s CM/ECF system. (Updated: May 2004)
