Ok, i have just been curious and have been trying to find internet sites that would provide me with my states Laws for aggravated assault. Maybe its because what im looking for is too specific but I would just like to be more informed then, if you punch so and so for no reason you get aggravated assault or whatever the charge you get is. Aslo I would like to know more about the incidents in which a minor is being beating up by an adult (any one 18+?) would be great if i could get some feed back, thanks guys
