One more note...after the part owner called my doc's office over my head and told them I was just trying to get out of work...she faxed over the slip saying I was clear to go back without restrictions-must I say that is completely absurd!!! Then this piece waved that note around in a meeting with all my supervisors this morning and said that I skipped work for 7 days and should be immediately suspended...after I had given them 3 Dr. notes saying I was off work!!!!!

If the doctor's office sent over a note saying that you were medically cleared to work with no restrictions, what exactly did you want them to think? You fully admit the doctor just wrote those other notes because you wanted him to, not because you couldn't or shouldn't be working.

I'm sorry but you are in the wrong here. You had your doctor write notes for you to be off because it is what you wanted, not because it was medically indicated. You got caught. It is no one's fault but your own. Sure the doctor shouldn't have helped you do this but it was wrong of you to accept the notes to get leave you weren't entitled to.
