I understand that South Carolina is an employment at will state but I have a question regarding the way that management is allowed to treat their employee's. Recently I was called on my scheduled day off by my manager telling me that I needed to come and work a shift, on fifteen minutes notice, in order to get off of his "s--t list". I did not know that I was on a list and had never been told that I wasn't doing a good job before that and feel uneasy about my job security. I understand that you are supposed to have regular reviews which I have never gotten in the two years that I have worked there, so I guess I don't know how well I have been doing. Knowing the person that I work for, I know that I could lose shifts or be "punished" if you will for not coming in that day. I was wondering if this was lawful on his part and if it is technically harassment. If so, I would like to know what I could do about it??

It isn't illegal harassment and is all perfectly legal. While reviews are recommended no law requires them. No law states you can't be called in on a day you aren't scheduled to work, nor prevents your employer from taking action against you if you do not.

So you are saying that is Okay for employers to cuss out their employees? I have also been told by another employee that the manager told her that sometimes he wishes he could just bach my face in!? Youre are saying that is perfectly legal!?

Yes, it is legal. It is rude. It is unprofessional. But it is not prohibited by law.
