I am 2 months pregnant and I am a manager in an office, I was wondering if I would be able to take time off and return to my postion,under fmla. I have been with this compnay for 6 years.

Does your employer have at least 50 employees within a 75 mile radius? Did you work at least 1250 hours in the past year? Are you within the top 10% of employees in terms of compensation?

If the answers to the first 2 are "yes", you would qualify to take up to 12 weeks off for your pregnancy, birth and baby bonding needs.

If the third is also true, you still get 12 weeks, but your employer is not obligated to restore you to the same position you left. They must however, inform you of this up front.
