My boyfriend has been working for USF and All Childrens Hospital for about 7 months now. They say that he is still temporary and they wont put him as a permanent employee. He has done nothing wrong, and they tell him they can't trust him. When it's someone elses job to do something and it doesn't get done, his boss will go yell at him instead of the person who was supposed to do it. His boss brought him into her office a few days ago and told him he was worthless and hes lucky he hasn't got fired yet. Is this discrimination because hes 19 and everyone else is 30+? And secondly can they keep him temporary for this long even though they said he would be permanent before he took this job?
