A licensee can hold a game promotion to generally promote their business. There can be no valuable consideration accepted for participating and the promotion cannot be tied to a specific property or properties. Obviously, the licensee must actually award the prize that is promised. The game must comply with section 750.372a of the Michigan penal code.
