You can renew your license for up to one year after your license expiration date. If you wait more than one year, you will have lost all rights to the license. The one year deadline is firm. We strongly recommend not waiting until the last minute.
If you renew your license after its expiration date, you will need to pay a $30 late fee in addition to your regular renewal fee.
Your renewed license will expire two years after your previous license expiration date, even if you renew late. Renewing late does not change the expiration date of your next license period.
You are not licensed to practice professional real estate activity when your license is expired. [OAR 863-015-0050(2) and (3)]
