You must renew your license during the month it expires. It is your responsibility to ensure that you renew your license on time. As a courtesy, the Agency will send a license renewal form to you a month before your license expires. It will be sent to your personal mailing address. If you do not receive it by the end of the first week of your renewal month, contact our office for a duplicate.
You need to send the completed renewal form (including your original signature, and if applicable, your principal brokerīs signature) to the Real Estate Agency along with the renewal fee.
The renewal fee is $230 for an active license or $110 for an inactive license. If the renewal is late (postmarked or received by the Agency after the license expiration date), an additional $30 late fee applies. [ORS 696.174, ORS 696.235, OAR 863-015-0050, OAR 863-015-0055]
