ok i got jumped outside my work and won the fight there were plenty of witnesses that he brought and the cops showed up right after they wouldnt take him to jail and said i had to go get a warrent for his arrest. How long after the incident do i have to do this?

also i was wondering how much a restriaining order cost they told me to get one and my g/f wants to get one against him too for harassment.

State is alabama.

thanks for the reply since he started it and they said he could not get me in any trouble and it was all up to me too press charges for a simple fight no weapons or anything what kinda trouble would he be looking at hes in jail right now for DUI and underage possession of alcohol
