I know in the state of Alabama there has to be certain laws. I have worked for several different companys all of which have had wage and labor law posters available for any one to see. I just started a new job. My supervisor knew nothing about wage and labor laws, so she said she would check into it. My manager came back and told me that alabama has no laws protecting employees just the employers. I have been trying to search the internet for the past two days for this info, and I cant find anything except sites selling posters. If somebody could help me with this I would appreciate it because I just don't think they are right.
