I am inquiring as to the age/sleeping arrangements for children. I know of a situation in which 4 girl children are in the same room which is maybe 12x12 and the 8 yr old boy is in a bed sharing a room with his father & his girlfriend. Is this legal? :confused:

The courts do not dictate the legalities of sleeping arrangements in situations like this. In many cultures, the entire family sleeps together. However, residency and occupancy laws MAY apply.
