Is there a max. hours that you can work here in nevada? I'm putting in 70-80 hour work weeks. On monday-tuesday I put in 36 hours. I'm driving a box delievery truck for my job all day, and although it's not class a it's still kind of dangerous. Does this sound right? Is there a limit my employer can make me work? No, Nevada law does not limit the number of hours an employee can be required to work in a week. In fact, the only state that does have such a limitation is Maine.

However, it is possible that DOT regulations provide some limits if you are driving. I don't have a clue about DOT regs so if no one here knows, give them a call.
