I work for a large corporation in Massachusetts, and was just laid off along with 30 others due to our jobs being eliminated. My last day is June 17th, which is exactly 4 weeks from my due date of July 16. I've been at the corporation since last July 11th. Since I was laid off so close to my due date, am I entitled to the pay I would have gotten during maternity leave as well as the 4 weeks severance pay being offered to all of us (the company pays for 6 weeks of maternity leave)?

How can you you take leave from a job you don't have? I suppose you are getting leave in a way, you just aren't coming back from it. Being pregnant doesn't entitle you to special treatment, just the same as anyone else. Which is why I can't imagine why you wouldn't be eligible for the severance if you would otherwise qualify for it.
No, you are not entitled to the pay you would have received on your maternity leave. The other employees are not being paid for that time period; why should you receive a benefit that they do not?
