I Work For A Food Factory As Amaintenance Man And I Put In About 60 To 70 Hours A Week In. That Is In 5 Days. Is There A Limit Of Hours An Employer Can Make You Work? Daily Or Weekly?

Patty is correct. It just so happens that in my state, the OT rules apply to any hours over 8 in any 24 hours period, or 40 hours in a work week.

However, since the poster is not in your state, that information is immaterial.
