HELP.. I live on a shared driveway (easement). There are three homes right in a row and mine is in the front . Our driveway makes like a (s). It runs on the east side of my house (property) then to the second home BUT it turns in the middle of our two propertys then back again on the west side of my back neighbor on his property then back to the third house. Kind of hard to explain.. This Driveway works well.. The problem is I use the easement to get to the back on my property and my back neighbor uses it to get around his too. The new neighors third house says this is his driveway and his property but it is not until it enters his property. There is another easement that run on the other side on my house that runs straight back to the third house that has never been used now he wants to use it (third house) and he is saying this easement is his property too. My understand the highway department says they will not give him a permit to install that driveway But can he use it to drive on with out install a driveway........new neighbor thinks he ownes everything.....trying to keep them off my yard when there is a use able drive way and I can use the drive around my property as long as I help with up keep on current drive on my land?

Too complicated to address on here; I suggest looking at the master plan for the community. It could be that the other neighbors need to hire an attorney to write the new guy and tell him to cease and desist, or you all will gather evidence and sue him for something.
