I bought a parcel of property on a 5 year land contract approx. one year ago. I am thinking of reselling it, as my circumstances have relocated me. I want to offer the property at an attractive price/option so that I can move it. I want to offer it basically on a land contract as I bought it. Can I do this? I understand that I would have to make it payable to another party before mine is due in 4 years now. Is this something I can do, any input would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

If you are a land contract owner, you cannot sell on land contract until you pay off the land contract and are the deedholder. If the land contract is paid off and you get a release of land contract, you should also get a deed as the deed holder. Otherwise, you could possibly try to do a lease with option to purchase, but it is impossible to really answer your question because it is unclear at what position you are at.
