I know employees can get overtime pay for exceeding 40 hours in a week, or 12 hours in a day, but is there any compensation for a 7 day work week? Is it legal to not have any days off?

According to my research, it's legal in Colorado. Very few states have a "one day's rest in seven" law and it appears Colorado isn't one of them. mlane has more experience in CO law than I do, and I'm sure he'll follow up if I'm wrong.

Sorry, been gone for a few days (no vacation either--darn). As to the OP's question, Colorado doesn't have any laws that sipulate that employees either be compensated for working 7 days straight except for overtime worked or a one in seven day rest period.

Ah, mlane, so Colorado DOES have a "one day's rest in seven" law? I didn't see it referenced. :o Thanks.

No, I must have not been clear--Colorado does not have a one in seven rest day law. Gosh trying to get back into the daily routine and catching up on emails and voicemails----maybe I will be caught up by the second thursday of next week.
