Are there any laws regarding forcing a person to work overtime.
ie. forcing a person to work overtime in a different job classification at a lower rate on overtime, any limits on the advance notification, forcing a person in on a different shift (day vs night)
I have worked in plants where there limits set by thre Union Contract but are there any rules set by the state for a non Union Plant?
