How much is an employer allowed to charge their employees for uniform expenses in MN? Does this need to be returned to employee once they quit and/or are terminated? What if the uniform has been spoiled and is useless, or the employee never returns the uniform?

I never got any responses from this question so I'm trying to re-activate this thread, but now including state of Wisconsin and Minnesota. What amount can an employer charge to its employees for cost of a uniform? Thank you for your help. :confused:

I can't find any evidence to suggest that there is a black and white dollar figure as to what can be charged.
