I tithe 10% of my income w/o my husbands input, but I do not force us
to tithe 10% of his income. Perhaps there is a solution there for her.

If he unilaterally makes decisions that affect the whole family negatively (of which tithing is only one example), and she is supposed to just say "yes dear" and have no right to have a part in making that decision and just has to go along with whatever he decides to do next then that is a way bigger issue than the 10%.

She doesn't work, Virginia...and she doesn't believe in titheing.
